Making Room
Friday 27th November 2026
10am - 12pm
· The Arding Room ·
A Founders' Morning with psychotherapist and author Emmy Brunner.
Many women build businesses by learning to push harder, plan further ahead and hold everything together. These qualities can take them a long way, but over time, the very habits that contribute to success can also begin to limit it.
What if the next stage of your business begins with questioning the way you've learnt to succeed?
Drawing on over twenty years of clinical experience, Emmy will examine how our beliefs about success shape the way we lead, make decisions and relate to our work, often in ways we don't fully recognise.
In this workshop we'll explore:
✨ What happens when ambition becomes driven by expectation rather than instinct
✨ How familiar patterns keep us operating within the limits of what we already know
✨ Why meaningful growth sometimes requires us to think, create and lead differently
Through guided reflection and practical exercises, you'll step outside the demands of the day-to-day, question the assumptions shaping your decisions and reconnect with new ways of seeing what's possible.
Because sometimes, the next stage of growth isn't about doing more. It's about making room for something different.
